At Skeleton playhouse, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
Please note: All sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged due to a factory defect.
Conditions for Return:
• Factory Damage: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
• To qualify, the defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return:
• Contact our customer service team at skeletonplayhouse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the defect
• A brief description of the issue
Upon review, if the defect is confirmed, we will provide you with return instructions. We will cover the return shipping costs for factory-damaged items.
